About Tracer Power
Tracer Power is a division of Deben Group Industries Ltd, specialising in Lithium battery solutions. Established in 1978, we comprise of a team of around forty people based in the UK.
We offer a number of packaged retail products primarily through the trade but also directly to consumers. We also offer bespoke solutions for larger volume requirements. If you have a bespoke requirement, please contact us.
Ordering and Delivery
Ordering is simple! Find your products from the top menu, or via the search box. If you know the product code, just enter it into the search box and click find. Add to basket and follow the check-out instructions. We accept all major credit cards. Your payment details are kept secure.
Pricing and VAT.
For your convenience, all prices are displayed in your local currency.
Our headline prices exclude European VAT at 20%. The VAT inclusive price is also displayed for your information. VAT is added if you are ordering from within the EU.
VAT is not payable for deliveries outside the EU or for European Businesses with a valid VAT number. Please enter your company name and VAT number at the check-out stage. For exports outside the EU you may need to pay import duties and or brokerage fees.
Trade / Volume discounts
We offer discounts to the trade and for volume purchases - if you are in business, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed request and we can set you up for volume discounts.
We generally ship by UPS or Fedex ensuring a fast and secure delivery worldwide. For especially large consignments or for shipments to certain regions we may need to use a specialist shipping service. We are fully IATA certified to ship lithium batteries by air where permitted. All our lithium products are all UN 38.3 certified for transportation.

Unfortunately, due to shipping regulations it is not viable for us to ship lithium batteries by regular courier to the USA, Australia or South Africa. If you have a large requirement, or wish to distribute our products, please contact us for a freight quotation.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
To make a return:
LiFePO4 Batteries are covered by a two year limited warranty. The warranty covers premature failure due to defects in materials and/or workmanship. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse is not covered. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
The warranty is void if the serial number is removed from the product or if the battery has been modified in any way. Please charge your battery directly after each use. Leaving your battery in discharged state will seriously and permanently damage its performance. Please note we cannot upheld warranty claims in these circumstances. Your battery will degrade over time and with use, such degradation is not covered by warranty.
